All our orders are subject to email confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the site may be out of stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual color you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

Prices & custom

We reserve the right to change our prices anytime without notice. The item price you pay us does not include customs fees and import taxes. Please note custom processing may delay the delivery of your order. We are not responsible for any delay due to customs clearance. For security reasons, all purchases from the site require a signature at delivery of person with the age of majority in their respective state.

Order tracking

All orders are accompanied by a tracking number that is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when your order ships.

Return policy

Products purchased through our website may be returned at your own charge, within twenty (20) days from the date of the shipping confirmation.

1. You must Check that the products are: (i) in their original condition with all tags still attached, including but not limited to, all identification tags and authenticity cards; (ii) in their original packaging; (iii) complete with all of their parts and accessories; (iv) with the original proof of purchase;

    2. Contact us via email at support@retailbasis.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return address.

    3. You may then send back the item, with a valid tracking number from the carrier of your choice. An Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items and missing tracking number will not be accepted. If the foregoing conditions are satisfied and you comply with the return instructions, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, to the same credit card, PayPal account or other alternative payment used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing your return.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds 

    If you haven't received a refund yet. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges

    Before your order ships, our shipping team checks the item(s) for all proper identification items such as the authenticity cards and dust-bag/box, and any additional pieces for that product is included (e.g. removable straps, replacement leather patch), and inspects to assure that it's in is new condition, with no defects. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@retailbasis.com
